I have a business that is not based in New Jersey, but would still like to be listed on NJontheWeb.com, should I still submit my business?
For the most part, the answer is NO. Feel free to submit and we will decide if your business meets our criteria.
I found my business on NJontheWeb.com and I don't like the reviews that are listed. Can I remove them or reply.
Sorry, your only recourse is to opt-out of being listed on NJontheWeb.com. We do preview all reviews submitted to NJontheWeb.com, however, the opinion of the user is that of the user. We do not allow flamatory statements, but do welcome negative as well as positive reviews. To opt-out of our site, please send an email to support@njontheweb.com with the SUBJECT: Opt-Out and list your business information in full along with your contact information.
I noticed some listings have images and very well written listings, how can I have that?
Simple, just go to your account and upgrade your package. If you are having trouble, send an email to support@njontheweb.com along with your user name and phone number and we will contact you to provide assistance.
My business is listed, but the information is incorrect. How can I fix my free listing?
The simplest way to fix this is to go to the listing and click on the buttont that says Report Listing. From that form, you can express your concern and we will fix it as soon as possible.
I want to sign up but am not comfortable using my credit card. Can I mail a check or money order to NJontheWeb.com ?
